In order to assure smooth implementations and quality deliverables WBS uses a proven Quality Assurance process that encompasses the developer, QA team, and end user. Our methodology calls for test planning, test case development and test execution, and problem reporting and tracking. Placing the creation of test plans early in the project, based on Requirements and Use Cases, sometimes uncovers issues before actual testing begins. Thorough testing requires the use of test plans containing the testing scenarios, and expected results for all of the required types of testing including unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance. WBS provides this critical component with all projects, and can also provide this function as an outsourced component of your current or planned project. Our Methodology is flexible, taking into account project size, and the need to make trade-offs based on real world constraints facing our clients.
Just as important as application functional testing are performance, stress, and simulation testing. These testing components are critical and must be planned for and performed at various milestone points during a project. Performance issues must be uncovered prior to go live with any successful system.
