module that allows for the tracking of returns goods from the point they hit
the receiving dock until they reach their final destination. Based on the
product disposition assigned by the Returns Operator (Good, Damage,
Destroy, Refurbish, etc.), the product can be processed and handled differently.
Information about each return is gathered, and a review screen allows the
validation of discounts and credit amounts. Upon returns approval the return
information can be sent to a host system for Credit Memo creation.
Accumulation areas facilitate high return operations that need to build cases
out of return stock prior to induction back into saleable inventory. wRIGHT-return
